Photo Inspiration at Inky Impressions!

Good morning all! Today I get to share with you the card I created for the new Inky Impressions Challenge! This week is our challenge at the Inky Impressions Challenge Blog is to create a card using the below image as inspiration. I pulled the colors from this image and got to work.
Today the Inky Impressions Design Team will be sharing our creations for the current Inky Impressions Challenge! For my card today I decided to ink up Lili's First Day of School, isn't she just the sweetest! When I think fall I constantly think 'back to school' so I thought that a card that uses the colors from the inspirational image and the theme would work. I used some of this yummy gingham orange ribbon that I found in my stash (where has this been?!) and of course some shine too! I also used these fun Wonky Rectangles from Nestabilities for my main image.

Inky Impressions Stamps: Snow Much Fun Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Inky Impressions Stamps: Snow Much Fun Blog Hop! Today we are kicking off our 2 Day Blog Hop! Yes, you read that correctly we are hopping for TWO DAYS! We are showing off our new Digis and you are going to love them!
For my creation today I am sharing a card I made using one of our new Digi's, MaMaw! Isn't this lady fun and spunky! I just love the image and how I can picture her flying down the hill skiing as well. I used this fun Wintertime designer paper from Echo Park, I thought the colors would be perfect for this image I also used some lovely satin ribbon to match.

More Make It Snappy, Bugaboo's New Release!

It's Tuesday which means that it is time for a New Release at Bugaboo Stamps! That's right today we are releasing all new images at the Bugaboo Store! Today's set is ALL "Make It Snappy"! I don't know about you but I have been loving these from Jodie!

For my card today I decided to used some of my Holly Jolly Christmas designer paper from Echo Park, I simply love this pad! The colors are so bright and fun. I layered this paper on some white cardstock and then some dark chocolate cardstock plus I pulled out this fun stitched ribbon, I just love this combination.

Paper Pretties Challenge - Use a Sentiment!

For my card today I used the Seuss Truths sentiment set that we just released. I simply love Dr.Seuss and this sentiment really make me smile. I paired it with some fun Happy Go Lucky designer paper from My Mind's Eye and picked card stock to match then I pulled out some of my grosgrain ribbon and tied a knot on my card. Then to finish everything off I used the side of an ink pad to add some color to the edges of the sentiment and then these wonderful paper flowers.

Photo Inspiration at Bugaboo!

For my card today I used the mini set Halloween Block and I had so much fun with this card! I have been loving gingham again for the last few days, in fact you will be seeing a few more cards using it while the weeks go by, so enjoy! I paired this image with some of my We R Memory Keepers Spookville designer paper, I am still loving this pad, as I am sure you noticed. I went with a simple layout and used colors that I thought I saw in this picture, plus I wanted it to be a fun but Halloween inspired creation.

Some Paper Makeup Stamps Inspiration!

Today I have a fun and autumn inspired Paper Makeup Stamps creation! I simply love all the of the Paper Make Up Stamps Fairy images, I have for years, but when Katie started releasing silhouettes of some of my favorite fairies I was even more excited! My card today uses the adorable Shelby Fairy Silhouette!

This stamp was part of the September release, and I made this card earlier this month as part of a Shoebox Swap I was taking part in, it can be found in the Paper Makeup Stamps Store! When I saw this designer paper in the store I just HAD to pair it with this image, I mean she is pulling along a little duck so what better design to pair this cutie with?!

Inky Impressions Inspiration!

Good morning all it is time to share a bit of Inky Impressions Inspiration! That's right, today I have a creation to share with you using one of the fun stamps from the Inky Impressions Store!For my project today I have for you an ornament I made using a clear paint can and lots of Inky images! I use this adorable All Bundled Up Lili and colored her in 5 times to fit this paint can. I used different skin tones, hair colors, eye colors and gave each a different accent color to make variations in all five images. I had so much fun with this, I wanted to make the inside of the paint can look like a winter wonderland so I used basket filler, cotton balls, and silver and blue floral pieces that I found at the store that were covered in glitter. Then to finish it all off I used this lovely silver leaf ribbon along the handle which is how I thought this could hang from any tree.

Inky Impressions Challenge - Anything Goes!

Good morning all! Today I get to share with you the card I created for the new Inky Impressions Challenge! This week is our challenge at the Inky Impressions Challenge Blog is "Anything Goes"! How awesome is that?! I love "Anything Goes" Challenges!

Today the Inky Impressions Design Team will be sharing our creations for the current Inky Impressions Challenge! For my card today I decided to ink up Flower Lili! I also am playing along with the SCS challenge CC346! I love a good color combination, and yesterday's challenge was to use the colors Rich Razzleberry, Island Indigo, and Baja Breeze so I just had to play along. I pulled out one of my favorite designer paper pads, My Mind's Eye Lime Twist Happy Go Lucky, and got to work! I also dug out my cuttlebug embossing folder Seeing Spots plus my Nestabilities Label Fourteen. Then of course no card would be complete without some embellishments and this one has plenty, I used silver pearls, blue satin ribbon, and this adorable Sunflower charm that you can purchase from the Inky Impressions Store in the Charms area!

For my card today I used this super fun Kidlet Girl - Baseball Girl. I wanted to use an image of a kid, since this challenge is sort of High Schoolish and I thought that white bow would work well with the fun sporty image!

For my card today I wanted to make something clean and simple, but still Halloween like, so I decided to play along with the current Color Throwdown Challenge!I thought that using these colors would make my cute litter bear stand out from the crowd of other bears. I didn't want to pull out the brown like I had started to and instead made my bear look like it was a Halloween costume.

PMS Inspiration!

Today I have a fun and autumn inspired Paper Makeup Stamps creation! This super fun sentiment, The Art of Living! When I saw this sentiment I knew it was going to be one of my favorites, it just makes me smile!

Paper Pretties Challenge - Halloween!

Welcome to our eleventh Paper Pretties Monday Challenges! That's right! Each week we will be releasing 2 new images PLUS hosting a challenge so that you can play right along with us too!

For my card I used this sassy Ruby image called Ruby Christmas - Outfit. When I saw this challenge I knew it was going to be an easy one. Finding an "unused" item in my stash is crazy simple. In fact I plan on throwing a lot of my unused things in a garage sale a few weeks from now. So for my item I picked this fun ornament embossing folder that I bought probably a year and a half ago. New Release at Bugaboo!

It's Tuesday which means that it is time for a New Release at Bugaboo Stamps! That's right today we are releasing all new images at the Bugaboo Store! Today's set is all "Make It Snappy"! Two Friday's ago we had a Friday Freebie featuring an adorable new line called Make it Snappy and it was a huge hit so I was thrilled when Jodie got back to the drawing board and made us some more fabulous images!

For my card today I I pulled out my fun new Holly Jolly Christmas designer paper pad from Echo Park and paired it with this adorable "Merry Christmoose" image! I just love how tha paper matched this image with the Christmas lights, it was like they were made for each other. I also used some fun green satin ribbon to match and complete the card.

ABC at Bugaboo

Good morning all! Today I have a fun ABC, or Anything But a Card for you from Bugaboo Stamps! I decided for today I would share with everyone this fun Halloween gift tag I created! These little cuties are 3 x 3 gift tags perfect for any Halloween party hostess gift! I had so much fun with this ribbon and more this fun paper, plus of course this adorable Bugaboo image too! I used the witch image from Mini Set -Cutesy Halloween Blocks as my focus, and I just love this one!

For my card today I used Silhouette - Happy Halloween Cat, one of our newer images. I just love the black lines of this image, it's so dark and the contrast against the yellow moon works so nicely together. I created a pillow box using this dray paper and added some of my favorite chevron ribbon from May Arts to the box in a big bow above the cat and moon.

For my card today I am featuring the stamp set 'Baby Boris'! I simply love this little guy, he's just such a happy baby! The two teeth in his grin makes me smile even more and I just love how he has these two tiny horns growing out of the back of his head, if you look quickly enjoy you might not even notice he's a monster at all. I also wanted to play along with some of the current challenges that are going on right now, so I pulled up two of my favorite challenges and got to work! For today's card I used the current Mojo Monday Sketch and the current Color Throwdown Challenge! I love the paper that Tammy used for her inspiration and I have been wanting to cut into it since I came home with me and for this card I finally opened it up! I picked this fun dotted and stripped paper, I thought the colors would be a lot of fun with a baby monster. I also followed the Mojo Monday Sketch, but I removed the circle from the sketch, I really liked it, but none of the sentiments I had in mind would work with it so I omitted it all together.

Inky Impressions - Boy Oh Boy do we show our support + Monochromatic Pink

Good morning all! Today I get to share with you the card I created for the new Inky Impressions Challenge! This week is our challenge at the Inky Impressions Challenge Blog is to create a card to follow the theme "Boy Oh Boy do we show our support" + Monochromatic Pink!

Today the Inky Impressions Design Team will be sharing our creations for the current Inky Impressions Challenge! For my card today I decided to ink up Nicholas Firefly Frenzy! I simply love all the new boy stamps and this one just makes me smile! I adjusted it so that he isn't holding a lizard but is instead holding a pink ribbon. I also added some of that ribbon the card and created another pink support ribbon and attached it with a heart pin. Pink, Pink, PINK!

For my card today I decided to use our cutie mouse, Johnny Appleseed! I love the mice that ARTish draws, they are always so cute, and this one is no exception! I use this fun gingham designer paper from Creative Imaginations, it is so sweet and simple, I thought it was perfect for this fall feeling card. I also used some golden yellow grosgrain ribbon and added a touch of orange for a background layer on the designer paper.

For my card today I used one of the new Halloween Skelekinz images, this one is called Wagon! I am loving all of the new Halloween designer papers I have been seeing and this one is no different. This is from the Monster Mania collection from Doodlebug, it's just so darn cute! I pulled the colors for this card from the designer paper. I got myself a few 12x12 sheets of this one and I can assure you that you will see it again!
