Ribbon and Gifts!

As I posted yesterday I received some amazingly gorgeous ribbon from Jody on Wednesday! I took part in her June Mays Arts ribbon share. I ordered the Polka-Dot Grosgrain and the Variegated Stripped Ribbon....I love, love, LOVE it all! I honestly took it out of the box(it comes all nicely bundled) and stretched it around me. This ribbon is amazing! I only wish I took the time to order more. Jody's shares are always worth it and I look forward to the next one! If you have never visited her blog I think you should check it out Confessions of a Ribbon Addict for her next share....I know she must have something up her sleeve for July!

Not only did I receive the ribbon I ordered, but Jody took the time to make me a stunning card(this picture does not do it justice!) and send me some yummy Pink Grapefruit Shimmer Lotion from Bath & Body Works! I was not expecting anything of the sort and I am ever so thankful for the thought and kindness! There are some people who are wonderful to get to know and Jody is by far one of those individuals. Jody, once again thank you for taking the time to think about me, it really made my day!

Post before Bed!

I just realized (at midnight!) that I never posted the goodies I got from my $20 SGF from Heather's swap on SCS. I received all sorts of fibers, pads, a wonderful SU! background stamp, Jelly Belly Jelly Beans, Stampingbella, StazOn Opaque, and millions of Fluffle stickers! So here they are! I got so many goodies that I don't know how to contain myself :) Plus the ribbon I ordered from Jody showed up yesterday with a little something extra. I will post all about that tomorrow...but for now, enjoy all my goodies!

Its Mail Time!

I've been busy recently and I haven't been able to share all the wonderful mail I have received! First up is the ever wonderful $10 SGF from a swap hosted by Heather on SCS. I received so many things that I need to know where this lady shops and stays under budget! Isn't she wonderful. I can't wait to find out who it is!
The next box of goodies was from my $15 SGF! Isn't that book adorable! I don't want to break the seal in fear that what ever I might create in that book will not be worthy! I love it and that stamp is adorable...I know I've seen it before but not gotten it for myself, now I don't have too!
The last box for today is from Deb (taxi mom) who was my super generous Secret Color Friend from the Wish RAK group. Deb where do you find all these things! Everything in wonderful shades of blue...I love it all! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

These ladies are wonderful, I just hope everyone I had enjoyed everything I sent them as well!

Winner!

We have a winner! But before that, I would like to take a moment to fill you in on the Graduation yesterday! I sat in about an hour of traffic to get there just in time to see my sister walk in (thank goodness I made it!) then the ceremony began. It was held outside, we were lucky it was a beautiful day yesterday! Our lucky graduates all got their diplomas and then they also got a blow up doll and some beach balls! I have no idea how they got these things to the field because everyone was checked, but none the less it made for an eventful ceremony. Afterward we took many pictured of my sister and her friends and some of her family. I was the one taking the pictures so there will be none of me :)

With all that happy new we now move on to more happy news! The winner picked at random was:

Which Bellas and Ribbon!

Well…I realized that you may not know which Bellas are being offered through my candy so I am going to list them from memory…lets see how far I can get!

Daintybella, Beachabella, Flowahbella, Sisterhoodabellas, Feelabella, Bubblebella, Grumpabella, Cosmobella, Artistabella, Billybootabella, Diplomabella, Barabella, Pregabella, Imeldabella, Jammiebella, Lisabella, Gardenabella,
Frizabella, Curly Surpriseabella, Prezziebella, Shopabellas, Giftabella w/Hat….

Plus one Fella, Surfafella, for a grand total of 25 Bellas and 1 Fella.

So I missed a few in that list, I don’t even remember then! The ones I forgot are: Elizabella Balloonabell. I think that is pretty good! Don’t you…I would like to note that I just received 8 of these Bellas and the first time they were inked up was last night when I stamped all those images for Blog Candy!

Jody News! Jody over at Confessions of a Ribbon Addict is hosting a May Arts Ribbon Share. If you know what’s good for you and your bank account you will visit her page and get in on some super yummy ribbon!

WOW!

Look at those comments roll! Thank you to everyone who has been commenting, you ladies are so wonderful. I have been reading each and every comment and I keep hearing the same thing...either you don't own Bellas or you store your Bellas in the baggies they come in. Also, as of now the colors seems to be Purely Pom. I can't wait to see these colors in person, I'm not a demo so it won't be soon, but it is going to be wonderful!

Today I was asked about having a e-mail feed for updates on my blog, I had honestly never thought about it. So, without further ado...I have added the option to get e-mail updates through Feed Blitz to the top right. You are more than welcome to sign up, and if you do I hope you enjoy! Picture of Blog Candy is coming....stamping images as we speak!

May Paper Pretties Cards!

I have been promising to make Christie's example and my own version of her wonderful creation. I followed her steps that come with the package, they were super simple to complete! I really like all the cards Christie makes, they are always fun and I never know what will come. She also has wonderful color combinations which I think is a must for Paper Pretties to be such a hit. Once again, if you have not signed up for at least one of her boxes....what are you waiting for?! Also, if you sign up please let her know that Jackie Rakoski sent you please. I would greatly appreciate it, plus now there are three different boxes to choose from! Bellas, My Favorite Things and the newly unveiled Rubber Romance boxes, how can you go wrong with that selection!

Now....my version on the card! My sister graduates from High School on the 20th of June. I can't believe that time has come already, my little sister is moving on...how scary! Well anyway, the school colors are blue, silver and white so I used the basis of Christie's card to make one for my sister. I also used stickles for the flowers, made it all shinny plus some wonderful graduation paper I picked up at A.C. Moore last week! Do you like the grey paper on top? Its from Basic Grey, the featured paper in the Bella box this month, this sheet did not come with my box but I also found it at A.C. Moore and since I loved the paper Christie picked out I had to get some more of my own! Enjoy ladies!
I just realized that it is hard to tell, but these cards are long enough to hold a check or money as most graduation cards do....Love them!

A*Muse Round 3

The Round 3 answers for the Secret Squares contest were announced today! The goodies were behind JENNIFER and HEATHER!! So that means only a few ladies are left.....are you one of the lucky ones? Go check out if you made it to Round #4...if you did best of luck! You can do it girl!

A*muse.....Heating Up!

I have been posting about A*Muse and all of the contests and challenges they have been hosting. I completed 3 cards today for the 6th challenge using some of my newest things! I recently got the 'Hey Cupcake' stamp from A*Muse as well as Seattle Girl....I love both stamps! They are adorable! I also used my Crop-A-Dile today...I just bought it and opened the package....I think I am in love ;) It makes eyelets so easy to use, as well as brads. Anyone interested in buying a Silent Eyelet setter from me? If so please let me know...I don't think I need it anymore.
I also pulled out my new Oval punch plus Gina K. Design's new Scalloped Oval stamps! How cute are they! I also bought the circle one, but I don't have my circle punch yet, once it comes I will be playing with that one as well! Hope you enjoy the cards as much as I enjoyed making them....I also have three spots left in my A*Muse ATC swap if anyone is interested please let me know and I will add you to the list!

HUH?!?

So I have been chatting…I know you must be in shock, me chatting? LOL….well anyway I have been chatting with Christie from Paper Pretties and last night she told me that someone used me for the “Where did you hear about us” question for the member registration. I have no idea who has been using my name but I am thrilled! If I can recruit 5 new members to Paper Pretties I get a free box! How awesome is that?! I’ve been telling you how wonderful Paper Pretties is for months now…and I just keep seeing better things!

I know that Christies Wheels have been turning this month….LOL….get it? Turning? In case you don’t know Junes Bella box is Cruiseabella and I can not wait to get my hands on her and start stamping away. I have also decided that each month I will be not only making Christie’s sample but also using the same design with different colors to show you how versatile her ideas are. I plan on making the May sample and its counter part this weekend and as soon as the June box comes in I will be doing the same. If you are considering Paper Pretties and you still have questions, please let me know I would be happy to answer any questions you have. Also, if you are going to sign up I would greatly appreciate it if you would tell Christie that I sent you, Jackie Rakoski. If you do tell her I sent you, please let me know! I would love to send you a thank you, but I can only do so if I know who you are. To be honest there must be a Jackie fan club out there…that is the only logical explanation ;) Have a great day ladies and thank you for those of you who used me name, you are wonderful!

EDIT: One of my Ladies have revealed themselves to me and all of you....Thank you so much Heather for using my name! Your in my Bella swap, now which Heather are you? There are 4! LOL....
