Friday Freebie at Bugaboo Stamps - AKV Girl!

Bugaboo's Freebie Friday is a fabulous way to build up a huge collection of images from Bugaboo Stamps! Today's Freebie image is "A Kids View Girl"!

For my card today I wanted to create a card that would be prefect for any girl. I also wanted to create a multiple level card and I think these papers and layout works for just that. I also had a love of fun coloring in this image, she is a cutie!

Paper Pretties Challenge - Embossing!

Good morning and welcome to Wednesday with  Paper Pretties starting with me joining the Stamp Design Team for the Weekly Wednesday Challenges! Today kicks off a new challenge, "Embossing"!

I had so much fun looking though my Paper Pretties stamps and deciding which image to work with for this week's challenge. This week we are also releasing a fun new image called Bubbaloo that ARTish illustrated, isn't he super cute!
I picked the stamp set, Follow Your Rainbow this stamp set is perfect for such fun and beautiful cards! I used this fabulous colored paper and this fun embossing folder and added not only a sentiment from the stamp set but also this darling butterfly image that is included in the stamp set! I really love how this card turned out.

Crafty Sentiment Designs - Stitching!

Today kicks off a brand new challenge at the Crafty Sentiments Designs Challenge! This week I am hosting the Team "A" and sharing with you my creation for the challenge, "Stitching, Real or Faux"!

I had so much fun with this week's challenge! I decided to ink up Primrose Summertime. This is my first time playing with this image and I had a lot of fun. I used this great designer paper and I thought these pink shades needed to be brought out and I did so by making Primrose's dress in bright pinks and bits of pink flowers too. I also used this great washi tape as an accent and a black gel pen around the entire mat for faux stitching. I really had a great time with this.

Sassy Studio Designs Make a Wish Blog Hop!

Today is the Sassy Studio Designs May Release Blog Hop! That's right, this weekend we are releasing all sorts of amazing images! This image is all about Making a Wish, these images will knock your socks off! For my project today I am featuring the amazing new image, Princess Ariel Pin-Up, this girl is rockin'! I paired her and her amazing reddish hair with these lovely shades of teals. I wanted to keep the outfit in the green family since it reminds me a bit of her tail as well as it shows off the neat sheer quality of this outfit. This image is really smokin' hot and the sentiment 'wish' is for the Prince Charming in this beauties life.

I cute a triangle shaped card base and then created a scoop of ice cream on top using circle nestabilities and cut some scallops free handed to finish off the look! New Release at Bugaboo Stamps!

It's Tuesday which means that it is time for a New Release at Bugaboo Stamps! That's right today we are releasing all new images at the Bugaboo Store! Today's new image is so cute, this one is called "Sock Monkey Wedding", perfect for any upcoming Weddings!

For my card today I used this great paper from Echo Park called Victoria Garden, this line is so soft and pretty I just love the detailing in this paper and I thought this soft pink with these lovely roses would be the prefect background. I wanted to keep this card simple and elegant, and I think it reflects the wedding feeling perfectly.

Paper Pretties Challenge - Create a Graduation Card!

I picked the new release image, Honors, it's just too darn cute! I used this great graduation themed designer paper from Doodlebug, the whole line is white, black, and silver and it is just perfect for any school colors. Just add a color and it all works for every graduation!

Crafty Sentiments Designs - Use a Charm!

I had so much fun with this week's challenge! I decided to ink up Butterflies & Flowers. This is my first time playing with this image and I had a lot of fun. Saturday Challenge at Bugaboo Stamps

For today I am sharing with you my creation using the darling new stamp Jenny With Shades. I just love this fun in the sun cutie! I used these bold and bright colors from the Seasons Collection Designer Paper from Creative Memories and this darling tag that I added the 'sun fun' sentiment to came from a crop I went to recently, it was part of our goodies for being there! I thought it was the perfect color combination to match this card and stamp perfectly.

Crafty Sentiments Designs May Release Preview Day Two!

For today I am sharing with you my creation using the darling new stamp Jasmine Swim With Me. This image is just amazing, I love her detailed tail and her amazing hair. I had so much fun coloring in this image, she was a joy to work with! If that wasn't enough the three fishes are just too darling! I used these great swirl stickers, this darling bit of lace, and I added touches of white. I just love how this all came together, I do hope you enjoy it as well!

Crafty Sentiments Designs May Release Preview Day One!

Welcome to the first Day of the Crafty Sentiments Designs May Release Preview! Today I am featuring one of our fabulous new images, Jasmine Let's Swing!

For today I am sharing with you my creation using the darling new stamp Jasmine Let's Swing. I just love gorgeous girl and making this fun girly card was a blast! I used this lovely designer paper from Carta Bella called Cool Summer. This pad uses so many bright and fun summery patterns and I thought it would be the perfect match for this image. It was just calling my name! I used this great yellow crocheted flowers to add a pop of color, I think placing it on the bow added another dimension.

I had a bit of a hard time finding my colored pencils, it has been a long time since I used these fabulous tools. I had a lot of fun with this image, he is just too darn cute and fun to work with!

Simply Betty Stamps Elaine Fun!

Today I have a chance to share with you a creation I made using the fabulous freebie image for the Simply Betty Stamps FB Group Challenge for April! Each month Betty at Simply Betty Stamps allows members of the FB Group to enter a contest using a freebie image, how could you go wrong with playling along?!

This month's challenge was to use this amazing image Elaine and create something using swirls and ribbon on it in some way. I went with this fun color combination of pink and purple with just a touch of teal and I think it all worked well together. I also used this fun embossing folder from Sizzix called Sugar for this great background. I ran a piece of designer paper through my cuttlebug to get the texture and then I used a Rich Razzelberry ink pad to add ink to the raised swirls. I am also entering this card into the current Simple Challenge Challenge at Simply Betty Stamps which is Embossing!

Humorous Wednesday at Bugaboo Stamps!

Today is Wednesday which means it's time for Humor Me Wednesday at Bugaboo Stamps. Each and every Wednesday our Design Team features some creations following humorous holidays!

For my card today I decided to use this fun image, Flamingo - Picnic! I used some really great and bright colors in fact I love this pink but I rarely use it when working with images since it is so bright, but this flamingo is perfect for this! My card is for the 'Bird Day' holiday this week! What a silly holiday, but it's a fun one too!
