HOOT-y Birthday Frances!

Hoot! Hoot! It's a Birthday Blog Hop Prettie Girl style...with a dash of owl-y goodness tossed in for fun! The amazingly talented Frances is celebrating a birthday today and the Pretties Girl's just had to throw another virtual party! The hop started at Jacque's blog so if you didn't start from there you might be missing out on some of the fun! Since Frances is a fan of owls I just HAD to use this adorable SU! Owl paper for her card, in fact, that was my starting point for this one. From there I decided to use Wade E. Bug and the sentiment from Bugs and Fishes. I love Wade E. Bug, but I don't use him enough, so I thought this brithday card would beperfect for the showmen in Mr.Wade E. Bug!
