I am planning to grow tulips in my garden. The flowers look beautiful but I have really not seen a second flower growing. I want to know how it works.

A criminal lawyer may serve as a defense lawyer or a prosecutor. The former represents the accused, whereas the latter works on behalf of the government in court proceedings.
