Unity Lovin'

This week Unity Stamps celebrated their one year anniversary! All week long there was give aways, contests, challenges and all sorts of chatter! Not only was the week a wonderful celebration, but it was also May 1st which brought about a new Unity monthly challenge. Each month Unity will be posting a challenge on the first of the month and everyone will have until the evening of the second to create a card for that challenge using that month's Kit of the Month. Sounds simple enough, but what would one win you ask? A Guest Designer spot for the following month! How neat is that! So when I saw the sketch posted on Friday I took the time yesterday to create a card following the sketch. I had so much fun with this card! I used all bright colors and some really great stamps from the Kit of the Month for April that I had yet to ink up! After I completed the card for this sketch I decided that I really love it and it will be the card I give to my Mom for Mother's Day later this week, I can't wait till she sees it!
