Crafty Sentiments Designs Challenge - Anything Goes!

Today kicks off a brand new challenge at the Crafty Sentiments Designs Challenge! This week Jan is hosting the challenge for Team "A", for today's challenge we have..."Anything Goes"!

I had so much fun with this week's challenge! There are so many amazing images to pick from in the store, but I finally settled on using this fabulous image, Looking Up! I wanted to create a fun springy and fun card. I used this lovely arrow paper from one of my scraps. I just love how sweet this image, and it reminds me of spring which is sounding better and better. I am a bit over the snow and cold of winter. Is it spring yet?
