Digital Delights Delightful Challenge - Red, White, and Blue!

It's Thursday which means that it is time for a new challenge at the Digital Delights Delightful Challenge Blog! This week our challenge is 'Red, White, and Blue'!

I used the fabulous and fun image Tubing Sally! I simply love using the darling image! I think she is just too cute and when I read the challenge of Red, White, and Blue I wanted to use a summer image. She just screams summer to me! I paired her with this cute designer paper from Pebbles and added this big lovely red ribbon to 'tie' it all together!
