I used the fabulous cute Jubbly Dragon image, isn't this guy so darn fun! Have you picked up this image yet? If not what are you waiting for, he is honestly one of my favorite images! I don't know why but I thought he would look great in pink and green so I stuck to those colors and added lots of layers for this fun challenge. I also used my eyelet edge punch plus these darling stretch ruffled ribbons from SU!
