Today I am sharing with you a card I created using a fabulous freebie image I received from Simply Betty Stamps when I ordered earlier this month! I spent over $20 one day while Betty was offering a special and I got the chance to work with this soon to be released image and enter my creation into a challenge too!
I decided to use the color teal as a focus of this card with touches of blue and orange shades as well. I simply love how her hair came out in this image and the shading thought out the image. I kept sorting through my designer papers and I just didn't find one that screamed to be used with this image, instead I did something a bit different. I pulled out my washi tape from My Mind's Eye and I went to town with the background of the entire card base. I know it's a bit unusal, but I think it really worked in this case. I finished it off with some seam binding and these great self adhesive pearls!
I do hope you enjoyed what I created using this image, she is simply amamzing and so much fun to play along with. I hope you hvae a great day!
