My Heart a Flutter!

Good morning all! I have finally made my way home from CHA and my extended vacation in California and man did I have a great time! I did miss making cards almost every day though, so I am glad to be back to creating! So I set out making another fun Artful INKables creation! For today's card I wanted to make a Valentine's Day creation using my Steampunk Sarah set, one of my favorites! I used some simple pinks and reds for this card, and I really think that the dots work so well with this card too! I know this is a simple card, but its also bright and fun so I hope you enjoy my creation for today! Have a wonderful day all!Stamps: Steampunk Sarah from Artful INKables; Paper: Whisper White, Sweet Blush, Kraft, Pure Poppy, Candy Lane DP; Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, R20 Blush, R29 Lipstick Red, R35 Coral; Accessories: Large Scalloped and Regular Rectangle Nestabilities, PTI Satin Pure Poppy Dotted Ribbon

Some Early Easter Fun

Good morning all! I am still one vacation, but I wanted to schedule a post for you while I was gone outside of my Design Team requirements. I participate in a lot of swaps from time to time and most recently I added another Greeting Farm swap to my list. I created this cutie card using a digital image I got from the Greeting Farm from a while ago, I think sometime last spring and I had never used it, but when I saw a sheet of cardstock filled with images I just had to use it! So when this swap came up I created this fun Easter card and sent them on their way! Oh and if you are wondering about my desk background, I attached and completed the cards while at work on my lunch break before these were sent out and that is my desktop at work, pretty huh?! I hope you like my creation for today, I had a lot of fun with this one! Have a great day all!

Some More Greeting Farm Fun!

Good morning everyone! I thought for today I would share with you the two other cards I was able to complete for The Greeting Farm 12 Days of Sketches to kick off the New Year! I had hopes of completing all 12 sketches, but unfortunately I was only able to complete 4 of the 12, but I had a lot of fun with all of them. I did also start three other sketches, but as of now they are only colored images cut out and ready to go with no card to attach them to, but hey I tried. So let’s talk about the two I am sharing today that I did get completed. The first card may be the starting point for my 80s swap that Gabby is hosting on SCS, I do love how black and purple look together, but not sure if I like the finished product, I think I was thinking of something else when I started so I may try this one again before sending in my 80s cards to Miss Gabby.

For my second card I created a Mardi Gras inspired card for Kate’s Mardi Gras swap on SCS. I had a lot of fun with this one, I mean when I think Mardi Gras I think bright colors in shades of green, purple, an yellow with candy, beads, and masks. So I thought that lollipop Anya would be prefect for a Mardi Gras card, and of course I went with the typical colors associated with Mardi Gras. I really think that she turned out nicely, I love how the colors all work together and how I added the lollipops as an embellishment, in fact that may be my favorite part of the card. Hope you like both of my creations featuring stamps from The Greeting Farm. I did have a lot of fun with these! Have a wonderful day all!

80’s Anya - Stamps: 80’s Anya from the Greeting Farm; Paper: Whisper White, Basic Black, SU! DP; Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, E00 Skin White, E55 Light Caramel, E57 Light Walnut; Accessories: Large Scalloped and Regular Circle Nestabilities, Pop Dots

Lollipop Anya – Stamps: Lollipop Anya from the Greeting Farm; Paper: Whisper White, Glorious Green, Yo Yo Yellow, Lavender Moon; Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, E00 Skin White, Y13, R27; Accessories: Cuttlebug Embossing Folder, Pop Dots, Stitched Yellow Ribbon

You totally need this stamp set if you are starting to get you Valentine's ready you would be better off adding this set to your collection. I really like how cute these little bunnies are! I love the Mojo Monday sketches and I keep forgetting about participating in this one, but this week, with the new year pending, I am trying to participate in more challenges so I am inking up my Inky Impressions stamps and using them for some great Mojo Monday Sketch!I just had to ink up Angelica's Snowman for this one, she is just so darn cute and I got snow not only last night but the night before so I thought that a snowman would be fitting with my current weather patterns.
